We are open with a PRE-ORDER, CLICK & COLLECT service only.
We have reintroduced cash payments on collections, please read below.

Please place orders online and we will have your order ready for your collection.

​

Orders placed by 12pm will be ready for collection on the next available collection day

From Wednesday-Friday, 10am Saturday.

Orders place after 12pm will be made up asap for the next available collection day.

Please use the comments box when ordering for any specific information.

On ordering you will receive the usual automatic 'Confirmation' of your order.

On receipt of notification showing 'Processing' orders are being put together.

On receipt of notification showing 'Ready for Collection' your order is ready for you.

Collections are from the BLUE ROLLER DOOR and no longer from the shop front.

We have a bell to call for attention. (at present is situated on the Wiggins sign)

You are welcome to pull up safely to the roller door. 

If during bad weather the roller door may be closed, please ring the bell for assistance.

Order Cancellation

Orders processing that need to be cancelled will be subject to a 20% re-stocking charge

We are unable to take phone calls before 1pm.   

Please also leave a message if needed and we will get back to you asap. 

Email is the best form of contact for us as calls get missed when in the freezer or with customers.

Cash on Collection

We are now reintroducing a cash on collection option. Please read below and take into account what is required to pay by cash before making the cash payment option.

Customer who opt to pay by cash must by pay cash –

…. In the past customers have requested to pay cash, however on collecting pay by card.

I NO LONGER have a card machine.

*** Veg in the Shed are unable to take Wiggins & Co card payments.

Orders will still need to be placed via the website -

…. I am unable to sell raw food at the door. This is simply down to demand and monitoring of stock.

I now have a display of supplements, toys and treats which can be purchased by cash at the door.

Orders placed for a cash payment must be collected by the Saturday of that end of that week -

….. There is no such thing as credit from any supplier nowadays. I can not afford unpaid orders sitting in the freezer. I'm sorry, things are tight for everyone. If an order is placed and not collected by the Saturday the end of that week, the order will be returned to stock … Big Click & Collect shops usually give you 48-72hrs to collect.

…. Card companies are now charging extra for unsecured payments, that includes payments over the phone.

There are two other options of payments, BACS, I will send you the details.

Most collections are regular customers who are all amazing.

Remember that time has been taken to prepare orders. If orders are cancelled regularly by the same customer I will reserve the right to request payment on ordering or delete your order.
