We take payments via a secure card payments system.
Payment is required upon ordering. This will avoid any delays in delivery and unnecessary calls/emails to chase payment.
PLEASE note that we will NOT deliver any order that is not paid.
Orders processing that need to be cancelled will be subject to a 20% re-stocking charge
Delivery charges are £6.50
Order placed by 12pm we aim to deliver as before NEXT DAY or within the 3 days of ordering.
Deliveries will be Monday - Friday
Please makes sure all contact details are correct and up to date.
Order Deadline 12pm for the next day delivery.
Wiggins & Co own deliveries
Deliveries made via our own delivery freezer delivery vans are £6.50 Cornwall, £8.00m Devon.
Deliveries not covered by ADM Deliveries are made by us on the Wiggins & Co delivery runs.
Cornwall are every 2 weeks.
Devon Areas are every 4 weeks. Please see the calendar for more details.
Please contact us to check we are able to deliver to your Devon area before placing your order.
Order Deadline for deliveries are 12pm day before delivery date.
All delivery dates can be subject to change. We will contact you if we have to change a scheduled delivery day.
Please check addresses are correct and include a contact number
On ordering check your address is full and correct. Missing out the county may cause the wrong delivery charge to be added or will not give an option to change delivery counties.
For all deliveries we are unable to give you an exact delivery time slot.
Orders placed after 12pm will be delivered on the next available delivery run.
Please make sure someone is home to accept the delivery or give full details of where your delivery can be left in a safe place or neighbour.
You must accept full responsibility for us to do so. This info can be added to the comments box at the checkout process.
Please make this info clear on every delivery as the delivery drivers may change.
If we do not have this information and you are not contactable NO deliveries will be left and you will still be charged delivery costs and the charge of £8.00 will be required for us to redeliver.
If there is a new delivery address and you have given instructions for the delivery to be left the driver will take photos of where the items have been left.
PLEASE make sure all addresses and contact details are correct and up to date. Please also give your full name!

Deliveries to the Steamship are WEDNESDAYS
Order for the steamship delivery need to be received by 9am Mondays for Wednesday crossing.
Monday Deadline is set so as orders can be processed, packed and booked in 24hrs before the crossing.
Steamship Company require 24hrs notice for a delivery.
Please add your steamship account number on every order. (Customers add it to their account delivery address so it is not forgotten)
COLLECTIONS from the Outlet are pre-paid orders only
Collections are from the BLUE ROLLER DOOR and no longer from the shop front.
We have a bell to call for attention.
You are welcome to pull up safely to the roller door.
If during bad weather the roller door may be closed, please ring the bell for assistance.

RETURNS & COMPLAINTS
Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept the return or exchange of any frozen foods unless they are unfit for purpose or unsafe in any way.
If you are unsure if your dog will not like a product order a small amount, we can not swap food if you dog does not like a certain product.
